Mentorship Program

Mentors play an important role in supporting athletes and their athletic, academics and life goals development.

At the Academy, a mentor can help, on a weekly basis, with goal-setting, remote program classes recommendations, answer rugby and S&C questions, check on academics progress and assess performance and training progression.
