Rhinos Academy 7s Training Program – Remote.This is an interactive online program for athletes looking to be selected to the Rhinos 7s Teams this summer and who don’t have access to the Rhinos Training Centers, Affiliate Clubs or Regional Training Sessions. It is also for athlete looking to simply better themselves in 7s, no matter which team they play for. The program spans for 12 weeks (May 5th thru Jul 19) and it covers S&C, Rugby Skills, IQ, as well as Rhinos Game Organization and Rhinos Culture. Athletes can sign up anytime. The online and interactive Rhinos Academy training sessions are run by the Level 300 Rhinos Coaches. Online code will be provided upon sign up.
